Registration & Payment Policies

Training Session Payments

  • Payment Schedule: All training sessions must be paid in advance through website only

  • Accepted Methods: Credit card, debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay through website payment system only

  • No Cash Policy: All payments must be processed through our secure online payment system

  • Package Deals: Monthly packages available at discounted rates

  • Late Payments: 48-hour grace period, then $15 late fee applies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Training Sessions: 24 hour advance notice required for cancellations

  • Refunds: No refunds for missed sessions without 24 hour notice

  • Weather Cancellations: Full credit given for coach cancelled sessions due to weather

  • Medical/Emergency: Refunds considered on case by case basis with documentation

  • Package Refunds: Unused sessions from packages may be refunded with 30 day written notice

  • Behavioral Dismissals: Full refund provided if child is dismissed for behavioral reasons

Free Community Camps

  • Registration Required: All participants must register in advance online

  • No-Show Policy: Please cancel if unable to attend to allow others to participate

  • Age Groups: K-5th grade and 6th-12th grade separate sessions

Safety & Liability Policies

Participant Requirements

  • Age Groups: K-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, 9th-12th grade welcomed

  • Emergency Contacts: Two emergency contacts required on file

  • Medical Conditions: All medical conditions, allergies, medications must be disclosed

  • Behavioral Standards: We prioritize group integrity, disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal with full refund

Required Equipment

  • Cleats: Grass cleats are REQUIRED for all training sessions and camps

  • Water Bottle: Personal water bottle required for every session

  • Athletic Clothing: Appropriate athletic wear for training

Liability & Waivers

  • Waiver Required: Signed liability waiver required before any participation

  • Insurance: Participants should verify their personal insurance covers sports activities

  • Injury Protocol: First aid provided on site, serious injuries referred to emergency services

  • Assumption of Risk: Football training involves inherent risk of injury

  • Photo/Video Release: Participation grants permission for use of photos/videos for promotional purposes

Attendance & Makeup Policies

Regular Training Sessions

  • Attendance Tracking: Regular attendance expected for skill development

  • Makeup Sessions: Available within same month if space permits

  • Group Transfers: Age group transfers allowed with coach approval

  • No Session Minimums: All scheduled sessions will proceed regardless of attendance

Weather & Facility Policies

  • Rain Policy: Light rain continues, heavy rain/lightning cancels

  • Heat Policy: Sessions continue in all heat conditions with appropriate water breaks and modifications

  • Facility Rules: All Rush Park and training facility rules must be followed

  • Equipment Responsibility: Participants responsible for personal items

Player Expectations

  • Arrive on time and ready to participate

  • Show respect for coaches, peers, and facilities

  • Give maximum effort and maintain positive attitude

  • Follow all safety instructions immediately

  • No profanity, inappropriate behavior, or bullying tolerated

Parent/Guardian Expectations

  • Arrive promptly for pickup (late pickup fees may apply)

  • Communicate any concerns directly with coaching staff

  • Support positive learning environment

  • Respect other families and participants

  • No coaching from sidelines during sessions
