Q: How do I make payments?
A: All payments must be made through our website using credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We do not accept cash or other payment methods.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations. No refunds for missed sessions without notice. Weather cancellations receive full credit. If we dismiss a child for behavioral reasons, a full refund is provided.
Q: Are there family discounts?
A: Yes! We offer 20% off family packages for each additional child.
Q: What if I can't afford the training sessions?
A: We believe every child deserves the opportunity to develop. Contact us confidentially to discuss scholarship options.
Q: What happens if my child misbehaves?
A: We maintain group integrity by first working with children to develop discipline and proper behavior. In severe cases where dismissal is necessary, we provide a full refund because we believe in the value we provide and won't take money for an incomplete experience.
